From USA Volleyball

We are happy to announce that all of the 2015 USA Volleyball Grants are now up on the USAV website and applications are being accepted. All decisions on funding will be made by a grant committee at USA Volleyball, if the grant is a membership incentive grant the decisions on funding will be made by the USAV Grant Committee in conjunction with Sandy Abbinanti, Andy Reitinger, and Breen Goodwin.

The USAV Boys’ Development Subsidy Grant is dedicated to USA Volleyball Regions who are seeking to grow boys’ volleyball. This deadline for this grant is 1/17/15.

The Molten Diversity Grant has no 2015 deadline rather it will be given until all funds have been allocated. This means applications should be turned in as soon as possible.

The 2015 GRO (Grassroots Outreach Clinic Grants) Grant is a new form for 2015; however, it is not a new grant. This grant is available to USA Volleyball Regional Volleyball Associations, clubs, grassroots programs or individuals that wish to further the training of coaches, players and/or parents through clinics or various programming. This grant may also be used to help fund facility and equipment needs and is available for indoor, sand, and sitting. Examples of programming might include presenting or exhibiting at the national coaches’ conference or AAHPERD (view the 2015 dates for your area). Again, applications should be submitted in a timely manner because funds may run out quickly.

The Boy’s 12U and 13U Incentive Program allows select boys’ 12U and 13U teams a 50% rebate on their entry fee(s) to the USA Volleyball Boys’ Junior National Championships. To find out more about this grant and how to apply download the application today.

The Boys Scholastic Volleyball Grant is intended to provide an incentive and financial support to schools interested in starting a varsity boys’ volleyball team.  This grant will also be given until all funds have been allocated.

The Membership Drive Incentive Grant is available to USA Volleyball Regions in response to region desires to enhance and support their programming and growth efforts.
