From I-95 or I-64:  Where they meet, there is a expressway called 195.  You need to take 195 south and look for signs for the Powhite Pkwy.  This is a toll road of 50 cents.  After the toll, follow Powhite Parkway and take the Midlothian exit, pay the 25-cent toll and take Midlothian turnpike west.  Go five traffic lights and take a right at the fifth one onto Robious Road.  Follow this road approx. 4 miles.  You will cross railroad tracks at the intersection of Huguenot road.  Continue on Robious, you will see a green sign for JRHS and Bettie Weaver Elementary School on the right.  At the traffic light go right and the school is on the left. Enter on the side of the building.
