From NORTH:
Take I-95 South to exit 79 (I-195 south to Powhite Pkwy). Continue on I-195 south and get off at the 1st exit (Hamilton St/Broad St). Bear right at the end of the ramp and continue on Hamilton Street 2 lights to Monument Avenue and turn left. Continue on Monument Avenue (1.75 miles Monument Ave becomes Franklin Street).
Take 8th traffic light and turn right on to North Harrison Street. Continue on North Harrison Street to the 5th traffic light (.4 mile) and make a left on to West Cary Street. Continue on West Cary Street to the 2nd block (.1 mile) and the gym will be on your right.

From WEST:
Take I-64 East to exit
186 (I-195 south to Powhite Pkwy). Continue on I-195 south and take the 2nd exit (Hamilton St/Broad St). Bear right at the end of the ramp and continue on Hamilton Street 2 lights to Monument Avenue and turn left. Continue on Monument Avenue (after 1.75 miles Monument Ave becomes Franklin Street).
Take 8th traffic light and turn right on to North Harrison Street. Continue on North Harrison Street to the 5th traffic light (.4 mile) and make a left on to West Cary Street. Continue on West Cary Street to the 2nd block (.1 mile) and the gym is on the right.

From SOUTH:
Take I-95 North to exit 76A (Chamberlayne Ave) and make a left at the traffic light at the end of the ramp onto Chamberlayne Pkwy. Continue on Chamberlayne Pkwy to the 1st traffic light (.2 mile) and make a right onto West Leigh Street. Stay on Leigh Street to the 1st traffic light (.25 mile) and make a left onto Belvedere Street. Continue on Belvedere Street 6 traffic lights (.5 mile) and turn right onto West Main Street. From Main Street go to the 3rd traffic light (.3 mile) to North Harrison Street and turn left. Follow North Harrison Street to the first traffic light (.1 mile) and turn left on to West Cary Street. Continue on West Cary Street to the second block (.1 mile) and the gym will be on your right.
From EAST:
Take I-64 west to exit 190 (5th Street). Continue on 5th Street 9 lights to East Main Street and make a right. Follow Main Street 10 traffic lights (.9 mile) to North Harrison Street and make a left. Follow North Harrison Street to the 1st traffic light (.1 mile) and turn left on to West Cary Street. Continue on West Cary Street to the 2nd block (.1 mile) and the gym is on the right.
