Welcome to the official site of the Old Dominion Region Volleyball Association of USA Volleyball — Serving the Volleyball Community in The Commonwealth of Virginia.
2024-25 ODR USAV Membership.
On September 15 you can use the link below to obtain your membership through Sport Engine unless your club uses a direct link to obtain memberships. Please check with your club that you will be participating with to obtain the correct method the club is requiring before using the below link.
https://memberships.sportsengine.com/org/old-dominion-region-volleyball
If you are not able to obtain your membership after September 15 there should be a note that pops up that tells you why. There are a number of clubs that have placed members on an administrative suspension which means that there is a financial obligation that has not been satisfied. If this occurs, please reach out to the club you participated with for the 23-24 season. Once a resolution has been reached and the suspension is lifted by the club the region will release the member and they will be able to obtain the membership for the 24-25 season. Please understand the club that placed the suspension must agree to the resolution and release the member with the region.
Note: If any junior member is currently 18 or will turn 18 at any time during the season September 1, 2024, thru August 31, 2025, they will require an Old Dominion Junior Membership -Safesport Required.
Same cost but they are required by USA Volleyball to obtain the SafeSport certification. Please check the email address and check spam folders for follow-up emails for payment receipts and how to obtain the Certification requirement to be eligible. You will not be eligible to participate in any event until this certification is completed.
If your previous membership account is not working, please do not create a new one as I will see both membership accounts and I will not approve the new membership request. We have to request a merge which can cause club management issues with tournament entry programs used. If you cannot register using the account already in the system reach out and let’s fix the broken account before you register by contacting the registrar. If you reach out to USAV first they will come to the region to correct so please come to the region first. The system will ask for approval of any duplicate membership accounts so until we fix the issue you run the risk of it taking longer,
If you have any concerns or need assistance, please reach out to the Charisse Britt, Old Dominion Region Registrar at membership@odrvb.org. Please include in your email the following information so we can serve you faster:
Member Name as it appears in sport engine
Members DOB
Members USAV Number if you have it
Parents Name and contact number
What issue you are experiencing and any notes you have from the system
The region typically responds same day, but you should have a response NLT 24 hours of your email
