What type of USAV Membership do I need?

Note: If the member is under the age of 18 a parent is required to confirm membership information and will need the last 4 digits of their driver’s license to digitally sign the membership.

Payment must be made at time of membership application using a Visa or Mastercard Credit or Debit Card. No Cash or check payments accepted*

*If you require an alternate method of payment many stores sell debit cards you can load with the specific amount you will need to purchase your membership. Ensure they have the Visa or Mastercard emblem on them before purchase.

$50.00 — USAV Membership (Adult and Junior)
$30.00 — Background Screening Fee — Required for Adult member (Club Director/ Admin Staff/Coaches/Chaperone) participating in any Junior program. If you had a background screening in previous year log into ******* and check your expiration date.

Please include the following in all email requests:

  1. Members Name (If recently married include maiden name)
  2. Members Date of Birth
  3. Contact Phone number that a return call can be made between 6pm and 9 pm if required.
  4. Current email for members account (if a junior player please give me parents email)
  5. Detailed explanation of registration/membership issue

Note: When checking for the registrar email response please also check your spam mail sometimes the ******* server pushes responses there depending on your email service. Generally your response is received within 24 hours of request.

Region Membership On Hold Policy is located in the ODR Handbook. If you receive an error that you can not register due to your membership being placed on hold you must contact the Club Director that placed your membership ON HOLD.
