Join Us for the 2026 ODR Annual Meeting

The Old Dominion Region’s Annual Meeting is your opportunity to learn about the state of the Region, hear updates from ODR leadership, and help shape the future of volleyball in our community.

This year’s meeting will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the Virginia Crossings Hotel & Conference Center, located at 1000 Virginia Center Parkway, Glen Allen, VA 23059. The meeting room will be on the upper floor of the Jefferson building. A virtual meeting link is also available for those who cannot attend in person.

During the meeting, ODR Directors and staff will present annual reports highlighting the accomplishments, challenges, and progress of the past year. Members will also elect three Directors to serve three-year terms on the ODR Board of Directors.

All ODR adult members (18+) in good standing are welcome to attend either in person or virtually.

Planning to Attend?

To be eligible to attend and vote in the Board elections, your current membership status must be verified by the ODR Registrar. Please contact membership@odrvb.org at least two weeks prior to the meeting. Members who confirm their eligibility will receive the virtual meeting link.

If you are interested in running for a Director position, please submit an electronic résumé to commissioner@odrvb.org for distribution to the electorate.
